Meet Our Faithful Navigator: Charlie Perez

We are thrilled to announce that Charlie Perez has been elected as the Faithful Navigator for the 4th Degree, Assembly 1093 of Bishop Emmanuel Ledvina. With his dedication and commitment to the Knights of Columbus, Charlie brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this esteemed position.

Charlie's journey with the Knights began in 1975 when he joined Council 2785. Next year, he will joyfully mark his 50th year Anniversary as a Knight, a testament to his enduring devotion to our Order. Throughout his tenure, Charlie has held various vital roles, including serving as Past Grand Knight in 1981 and twice again in the 2000s. His dedication to service also saw him fulfill the role of Financial Secretary for an impressive 14 years.

A true leader within our community, Charlie has served as District Deputy three times, demonstrating his exceptional organizational skills and passion for fostering unity among councils. Currently, he holds the prestigious position of State Ceremonial Chairman, appointed by the State Council—a testament to the trust and respect he commands within the Knights of Columbus.

Beyond his remarkable achievements within the Knights, Charlie cherishes his family deeply. He has been married to Benny Perez for 52 years and is the proud father of four sons.
