Payment portholes for making payments to our council using any credit card or a PayPal account. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL is for members to make their annual dues renewal payment. MAKE A PAYMENT/DONATION can be used by both members and nonmembers to make any other type of payments or donations to our council. This would include initial dues payments by new members, event tickets, donations to support council activities, etc.
